文化差異

今早看報，一個內地企業的廣告，感恩行動是請人飲咖啡。不過香港人可能抗拒被請飲咖啡的啊!因為坊間流傳被請到廉政公署，會被請飲咖啡，雖然未必是事實，但根深蒂固在香港人的認知內。其實，也是語言問題，用＂品嘗＂、＂享用＂咖啡，效果會好很多。

去完基道書樓在公理堂的新店子，再去人和專門店吃魚肉荳腐，煎得脆，仍很滑，近來口味改變，愈來愈喜歡吃荳品，然後到榮記買淨西洋菜，茹素也能吃得滋味。

Suddenly 'mad about you'

I was given free ticket to Chicago band show in Hong Kong. I know not their songs but they played good music and with great techniques. After the show, I miss my Sting, his song 'mad about you'. After listening to his DVD, I remember that I have the situation comedy set ' mad about you' ( Paul Reiser & Helen Hunt). I used to watch the comedy after school. That was obviously one of the ways I learnt more about English language. So now I am going to indulge my weekend in 'mad about you'!

一見鍾情

看過幾集電視劇天梯，但之前不知道現實中真有這樣脫俗的愛情故事，太夢幻了吧！在天梯播完之時，新聞報導老婆婆也離開了，故事主人翁在天上相聚。故事的開始，像電影鏡頭，兒童時所見的新娘子成爲美好想像，小伙子長大後竟大膽與一個大自己十年又生了幾個孩子的寡婦私奔，避閒言閒語，住在山上，情願聼老虎吼聲。這真人真事有愛情故事的原素，羅密歐與朱麗葉、楊過與小龍女的影子。不過他們有一樣屬於他們的天梯，用恆久等待關懷並帶著互信應許為愛人好處建造的天梯。在網上看了老人家的合照，美極了。 見香港從政者，每每推老婆代罪，相比之下，婆婆簡直是港女的偶像。
