Tradition

The first day of CNY, people start the first meal with veggie(齋). I followed the tradition. Most importantly, I had to thank Mrs. Ma for giving me the recipe on preparation of mushroom. The mushroom was far more crunchy.

After watching So see wong's programme, I have fine-tuned the way I made 湯圓. It is definitely more chewy, less sticky.

My friend Kathy opened a shop (check it out: http://pinecottage.hk). I visited the shop and bought the organic exfoliant. It smells good and natural, love it!

中正紀念堂內自由廣場的牌要下來了！

赤壁及停車

本來打算瘋狂地一整天去看電影，結果在做新年前打掃，只能趕及看兩部，時間為我選擇了赤壁及停車．
赤壁倒是比第一集緊湊，武打也流麗了，火燒遇環船氣勢也夠，整體上比較平衡，胖豬一段探子枝節加插得恰到好處．兩部電影都有張震，我看了他的古裝扮相及時裝扮相，還是覺得時裝的他型很多，一人由頭帶到尾，由他停車到開車，表達他面對妻子想當媽媽，但卻不能生育的壓抑心情．

poem+ chocolate= perfect gift for valentine day

Last year I suggested people buying rose petals cupcake as valentine day gift. This year I have another recommendation -chocolove. I love chocolate but this time I bought the bar of chocolate because it has a poem inside. Woo.. a poem inside a bar of chocolate, how romantic!
I wanted to know what kind of poem has been selected. Or will it be like the fortune cookie or the lucky star that can give me some signs?hahahha.

我同學把她的小狗當成當然家庭成員，還有人的姓氏，叫李威，它是否應納在家庭之內呢？
你還記得那位視雞為己親的大嬸嗎？殺雞時，我們不是在電視上見証她的傷心嗎？
作任何決定，是否只考慮我是誰？沒有考慮事情本身的複雜性呢？

我不可以因我自己是基督徒，所以說家庭是biblical，除非有很有力的証據．聖經上如何用家這字？是否有一個像常數的描述．interpretation is interpretation．
況且基督徒在世上作見證，是見證上帝，不是維護基督徒的身份．（請留意基督徒稱呼的由來）
社會亦無責任幫助我們做好基督徒身份(耶穌談納稅答得很巧妙)．
作上帝的門徒，有些事還是要表明立場．

模範員工－曾特首的完美演繹

如果老板叫我做野，我會識話佢知我好忙，ｆｉｌｉｎｇ乃當務之急，我唔可以一心幾用，遲Ｄ先做應承左佢做ｇｅ野．曾特首果然係香港仔典範．

我成了粉絲

完全是意料之外，我成了粉絲．早一個星期，還覺得中學同學屆中女之年，才迷上張國榮，太不合常態．自己於星期五晚上在博覽館內不是也扮著粉絲嗎？我揮動著私家螢光棒，大聲合唱，跟全館的人一起做ｘ動作，一起做人浪（差點想手拖手），一起研究Ｔｏｓｈｉ在說的日式廣東話，三唔識七一班人站立了近三小時拍和（甚至隨拍子跳起 X Jump），我不是做了粉絲行為呢？行為和內心被音樂鼓動了，甚至有一刻認為他們的音樂應該代替結婚進行曲，那些音符傳遞著愛的震憾魔力，隱藏的情感被燃起，像是按不下去，氣氛好得不得了，人與人的圍牆在音樂中融化．
我其實覺得很光榮，至少在那一晚上做了很粉絲的事．我感到聽眾是尊重歌者，和唱無走音，表演者表演時不亂叫，而是專心去聽．中間空檔自娛玩人浪玩放氣球沒半句不滿，一班很好玩又合作的觀眾，我身旁的一班男ｆａｎｓ，也說這晚的觀眾好好玩．演唱會完了後，我後悔自己沒早點買多一場票（當然即使我想，也不容易買得到）餘音確實繞樑，幸好Ｉｐｏｄ裡有他們的歌聲伴我歸途．ｘＪａｐａｎ的表演是盡全力，不錫身，是傷元氣的演出，令我也激動起來，確說這也是唯一一個想一看再看的演唱／音樂會，像參加了一隊ｂａｎｄ的私人派對，樂透了．不過也擔心他們（尤其丫ｏｓｈｉｋｉ）博得這樣盡，不怕真的暈倒嗎？
p.s.相機借了給同事做公務，惟有託朋友在第二場代拍，好留以紀念．謝謝ｘｈ幫忙．

Partying - X Japan concert

I love the concert!!! The music was enchanting. It was like having a party together. Will tell you more in my next post written in chinese. English is not the most suitable medium in this case. It is not enough to convey my feelings but I cannot help sharing with you guys that this band is marvelous. They and their fans truly love music.

When the sun meets the moon

Last Saturday I was in Mainland (mentorship program). When the shuttle passed a bridge, I saw the sun on one side and the moon on the other side facing each other. The shuttle ran so fast. I could not capture the scene in time. When I was back to Hk that night, I took photos of the moon. Later I knew that it was a full moon day.

電視上的謝飯

林牧師，我知道教內的人對你傳道手法有不同意見，我自己不算重視方法的人. 謝飯，說到底是對上帝說話，向上帝說感謝祂令節目收視節節上升有點怪，你覺得嗎？節目收視也記在上帝的頭上？那麼珠光寶氣也有蔡小芬．黎姿啦！形式的運用可以令人更親近上帝或遠離上帝，所以我對電視上的謝飯有期望，那可是一個難得的位份．
至於蘇姊妹，願上帝憐恤她身體的痛楚，香港人需要她延續’開心果與上海婆’的位置，認真做事又保持happy是抗逆境良藥呢！

假如我是導演，梅蘭芳電影中有幾段戲，我認為浪費了．
１．梅蘭芳喜飲湯，但每次飲湯可否有多些層次？一個有京劇訓綀的人，生活細節會流露一種怎樣的味道？
打仗了，喝一口湯有甚麼分別？可不要把平凡如飲湯流於過份平凡，失了戲味．
2.紅顏知己生命受威脅，一段隱蔽但親密的關係如箭在弦，在那’擺上檯’危急的一剎，每個人的反應可否處理得更細緻？
3.妻子福芝芳看兩人演遊龍戲鳳，可否加強顯示梅蘭芳與孟小冬的默契？並可藉此反映梅蘭芳如何看待兩女．
4.紅顏知己孟小冬執拾細軟要走那一場，可以用男女性別角色（戲內現實及京劇內角色），製造張力，走出門口的人應是孟小冬，如果她相對梅蘭芳是...果斷勇敢．

Respect the 'body'

Because of the principle of respect, I will not buy or read current issue of next magazine. I am a loyal customer but I use my right as a customer to show my stand. Do we really have the rights in making sth so private that public? Is 'the big brother' everywhere? Are we living in the world of 1984?

Because of the principle of respect, I cannot digest the facts that babies' bodies have been mis-placed (in New Jersey, US and In HK). Is body part of a person?

Because of the principle of respect, I cannot understand the Israel's rationale in picking a fight. There are innocent people who died.

What went wrong?
I see anger
I see distrust
I see despair

Are there any people who are willing to uphold the good virtues and dare to defend them? Do we still believe in love, justice. peace, hope?

I really don't know....

天才朋友跟加利略一樣尋找完美，追求完美形成孤單的執著．咩係完美？數學上的ｘ，冇邏輯上的破綻，還是Ｘ＝迷，the unspeakable．呢部電影係幾何定常數？係用腦定用心，就睇你有咩前設！線索留左俾觀眾，如果你有留’心’．

附加：本來打算睇非誠勿擾，Tue 7:35場，7點到電影中心，只剩一個前座位置，所以轉睇神探加利略，叫做有得揀位．福山雅治滑雪look勁得，所以咁大雪，都要除左個眼罩．

後記：在電影中，呈現了貧窮，日本人似乎在正視存在的不完美:
貧富世界差異…
家暴…
教育問題…
工作間內男女不平等…
人生存的價值和意義…
不完美會否更貼近真實？
真實都幾殘酷…
好彩世上還有愛！

A Doll's House

As a virgo, I cannot stand an empty house. I bought living room furniture and rabbits (Russell Butterglove and his parents) to fill it up. Among all the small items, I love the sofa and the fire place.

Nice salad - Applegreen

My friend told me not to order pasta. Based on her experience, salad and dessert were far better.
So I followed her advice and ordered the salad with sea bass.
The salad was very good. The banana walnut cake was not too soft and not too hard, full of butter flavor and filled with crunchy walnut.

叱o宅 頒獎典禮 Jam歌

I went to 叱o宅樂壇流行榜頒獎典禮 live show with Pansy (VIP seating area)yesterday.
I enjoyed the show, especially the part that Ivana, Eason,方大同 sang Danny Chan and beyond's songs.

Of course glad to see that Kay got many awards. And without Twins, we had teams in diff. forms - rap, band sound. It may be a good thing to have 'change'.

i have , for a long time, not joined 'countdown'. So this year with Fung Ping, we went to the street of TST to feel the festive spirit.
