How far you would do for what you believe

I may not be completely agreed with what he proposed. Credits have to be given to him for attempting to do so. His popularity as a chef will probably be offsetted by what he did. A Chef is supposed to be associated with good food for enjoyment. But next time I remember Jamie, those horrible images of killing chickens may be recalled. He definietly has the guts to pursue what he thinks as right. I wondered how far others would do for what they believe.

試業第一天

在盧押道發現大坑火車頭越南河分店,7:30p.m.空無一人,正猶疑進去不進去,最後還是進去了,皆因不需排隊,我佔了第一張枱,往後進來的人也就沒那麼猶疑,後來才知是試業第一天,竟有點興奮,對新鮮事物,我仍會雀躍.整體來說,流程和食物都不錯,不像第一天試業.

叫人心酸的劫持人質事件sad incident

一件本應開心的事,有了一個悲傷的結果.
無辜的人受害了,人成了籌碼,無論誰都是輸,
在危險一剎,那位母親的勇敢,叫我萬分佩服,
除了自己的孩子,她救了另一位孩子,離開可怕的處境.
不知怎的,這事使我想起日劇講數阿姐的內容,
在我們玩樂之間,忘記了社會陰暗面,
但當黑暗如此真實,我們再不能置身事外,
各人有責任盡力去化解所結成的罪網.
The Manila hostage incident today is an incident for us to reflect on how corrupt our world is. We need to 'inject' postive energy for those who are helpless. The mother deserves our every respect. She did her best to protect the minors. May God be with those who are injuried and who are dead.
I am proud of HK people - for their calmness and bravery. It was not easy to be trapped in an enclosed area for 11 hours in a hostage situation.
May God give peace and strength to those who survive.

很久沒有這種感覺,思念中的甜蜜與期待，自從被借去尚未讀完的飄移中國，我的心一直惦念著。我終找來新歡填補空隙。在18 grams獨自讀著獨唱團，在冷與熱之間，一滴冷氣機水毫不留情滴在本子上，化開了，這本子為我擋了這滴冷氣水，我的視線順勢落在那一頁最後一句:
"本書的圖文責任概由《獨唱團》編輯部擔"
多豪氣!對我這種慣了'文責自負的人',被感動了,彷彿見到一個天若有情的畫面,然後這個'他'說:不要相信我,我只是個浪子.(意料之內超爛對白)
但浪子式的擔,在這世代,總好過無膽承擔

A Mongolian friend gave me this cute gift. I learnt from her that people there drink horse's milk and it is good for health (esp. lung), oh horse's milk, only available in the countryside of Mongolia.
