我要講一個牛奶壼的故事,英式牛奶壺線條很美,我買了一個,擱在一旁很多年。由於自己冲奶茶冲多了,又買了黑白淡奶,才發現放牛奶壺用保鮮紙覆好放在雪櫃,保存期逾月。

誠品不敗

香港人對誠品書店充滿期望,但文化使命由一店承擔,是否想得太美。隔離飯香香港人最明白,不夠文化質量,unlike;人流太多,unlike;冷氣唔夠,unlike;買書沒折扣沒贈品,unlike...誠品立足困難重重,因為香港人未知怎樣與書建立關係。

久違了的杏仁條 Almond stick

好耐冇食,橫掂有材料,就homemade。 朋友問我鍾意煮定出街食。其實我咩都冇唸,有d野自己煮合口味d,自己整。有d成本高、手工多,梗係出街食。 Simple recipe: pastry (1 piece), icing sugar (30g), egg white (half an egg), almond pieces (personal preference), 200C oven for 10 mins (golden colour anyway), pretty simple but very nice.

餐館紅酒牛尾打包,第二天加了丁香、新薯、carrot、茄醬、加水、成了牛尾湯。最後剩低的一碗,加celery、加chorizo,另一種風味!
