I found a very interesting phenomenon in local TV. We have advertsements in japanese, French and putonghua and nobody bothers to have them translated or added subtitles. In that sense, hong kong is truly international.

Always want to go back to The Principal for food again. I went there but found out that they do not do sat lunch anymore. The Chef was the only person in the restaurant. So I took the chance to tell him how good he cooked. Yes,I believe, everybody needs some encuragement. Never be too shy in telling others how good they are.
