Glad to know that Jamie is having its Asian restaurant in HK. HK should take this as an excellent opportunity to show why HK can be an international hub and Jamie could surely serve as a role model for teenagers in HK.

While reading this issue's next magazine, I found 2 articles having views that 9 year free education has moulded our teenagers the way they are now. Teenagers do not have high expectation of themselves. I would say 'Fu look' is the cantonese word that best describes such attitude.
On the other hand, what kind of adults we see in HK? being self centered (own interests always come first), finding excuses like freedom & privacy to avoid taking up responsibities. Where can young people find role models?
Like the recent drug abuse issue, are we determined to have a long term plan to help people who are having drug abuse problems? Are we afriad to carry out what we plan to do? What are we afraid of? Which makes such fear so real? How would the students who have drug abuse problems view us-the adult who think that they can help?
'Ching San' is a school we praise so high earlier in the media. Media makes it as a hero in the first place and makes it as a demon when 'the spectators' get tired with hero. That is so 'batman' and so 'Hero'.
I would like to point out that media could not disguise themselves as the truth holder. Media - mediums of information. They can be the watchdog but never the truth holder. Remember history, remember how lies became facts, remember 1984...

大坑遊

很久沒到大坑,開了許多新食店,尤其特色cafe及甜品店,很配合大坑風格.Jam Bakery可坐在路旁喝咖啡,不是區區也有這樣的條件.

兩種需要

1.今天與懷第二胎的細妹談起,很多地方厠所內洗手盆都很高,要抱起大女洗手甚有難度,其實我抱兒姨女洗手也不容易,小手啓動不了感應水喉,要抱起她,又要伸手啓動水喉,雞手鴨腳.我教會有幼稚園,所以有幼兒洗水盆,商塲食店可仿效嗎?
2.GPS應用日廣,可否幫下的士司機?曾有的士司機告訴我很怕接外地客,因語言不通,如能combine GPS加babel fish翻譯功能不是能幫司機及乘客一把忙嗎?

懷舊食味

阿妹生日,去蓮香居飲茶.很享受等點心車發掘點心的驚喜,等唔到心儀點心的失望,仲有搶到最後一籠點心的喜悅,飲茶好食又好玩.
臨走,買過蓮蓉蛋糕,小時至愛,又到曾記買粿品,陳意齋(開分店在APM)買零食,懷舊一番.
