Flooding
Usually I will still go out when raining. BUt this time, it is flooding!
Or you can call it a river! I cannot imagine what happen to nearby streets.
There is water coming in through the wall.

Oh dear, this looks terrifying ! Yesterday in Shatin the sky was dark (like evening) and I could not see outside my window because of the dense rain. The lightening was scary as it shook the hills surrouding my flat. Did you see those cars covered all the way up to the roof near Tung Chung/ airport ?? I hope our colleagues returning from USA are OK....
