DVD The Warlords
Y Chan recommended me to watch The Warlords by Peter Chan. The film did not move me. It is all about men - what they want and what they see as right. Men may like it but I cannot see why women love it, if not because of those handsome actors.
The only one woman character in the film is so weak that she could not even tell people what she really wants. It may be a wonderful epic but definitely not my cup of tea. Sorry...

I haven't watched it either, not interested - yet all my male movie-loving friends have recommended it to me. Well, the super-handsome Takeshi-san (?) didn't move me to watch it then, why now?
Definitely gender difference!
She was not pretty, the actress. COuld not understand why the men were crazy about her. I watched the movie on a plane really because of Kam Shing Mou, but he looked quite malnourished, and lost his sexiness.
