楊記撈面(灣仔街市側)
時裝有副線,食店亦然.楊記與沾仔記同系,但主打撈面.面身爽凈,大地魚湯濃又甜,大地魚粉點綴,誰也沒有搶誰的風頭.真正跑出的卻是令人意外的自家制豉油和辣椒油,另有一番韻味.簡單食材造出豐富口感,我好想食多碗呀!
