Me:set多?
哥哥仔:NO
Me:Do you speak Eng1ish?
哥哥仔:NO
Me:Hot它?
Ice.
Me:日本人.
Pudding?Bru1ee?

Having lives in Australia for > 20 yrs, I have never come across the expression of BULLY for 燉奶. BUlly means a nasty person who give you a black eye when you are lining up at the school canteen. 哥哥仔 is very brave, I don't think we are doing enough for Japanese tourists in Hong Kong in terms of providing bilingual menus in restaurants...etc.
but i think 澳洲牛奶公司侍應更加勁. he could get what the 電波少年 wanted to order.
i am always impressed by the waiters whenever i go to 澳洲牛奶公司. impressed by their speed of taking orders, delivering meals, scribbling bills...
to follow their tempo, i eat with my turbo on.
I told Mr Chu about this 'bul-lie' story, he was really amused. Maybe the tourist wanted 'Po Lay' tea instead ?
Then he went to the wrong place la.
