membershp ≠ loyalty
最近朋友講開香港服務質素參差,好嘅可以好好,差嘅可以好差,我琴日去戲院買飛,有以下待遇。
去到counter,售票screen對住售票員,一個好似以前DOS作業黑底綠色字screen,好多格勁難睇。講左個戲名同日期,通常IFC,AMC會show有咩選擇,但UA冇law,我見到好似有4:30,咪話4:30吖,點知售票員答我冇4:30,亦唔offer其他場次,我上哂火,我話先生個screen對住你wor!佢竟然叫我去告示版睇場次.d service 好到你想betray佢.
其實service既要改善,售票電腦系統都要friendly d下話,話實仲有幾多人去戲院睇戲...未睇戲,先受氣.
AMC售票員企係度賣票,都辛苦,但professional好多,以後都係去broadway或AMC睇好過,membership唔一定換到loyalty.
