Sleep deprivation
I saw a progam yesterday about sleep deprivation. Without enough sleep, we will do crazy things. We will not be able to keep a sensible state of mind. We will eat more and our body gets weaker. It is dangerous not to have enough sleep. We can have hallucinations.
I first knew the connection of sleep and psychiatric problems in a psych. comon room when visiting my mum. I heard relatives of patients telling same stories. Their daughters could not sleep/do not want to sleep and then it comes final breakdown. So my friends, sleep more, be physically and psychological healthy!
