Be good to yourself
At the time of panendemic, we should be good to ourselves!
* Sleep well
* Eat a nice/comforting breakfast (my combo: HK style milk tea,sweet and smooth; peanut sauce made in Taiwan, unlike peanut butter. No butter inside, only peanut, salt and sugar; Panash soft bread, glutinous texture)
* Listen to Eason Chan's new album. One of the songs is called doing one thing in a day, that is to feel loved.
* Dance a bit, listen to your body parts, let them move freely with the music. That reminded me of my drama training (relaxation exercise) when I was young. SO..feeling young!
That's what I do on a holiday morning.
