Googler

My mentees envied me because I travel a lot. They wanted to travel too. They mentioned that they were being asked to write about interesting places in the world but they did not know what to recommend as they seldom travel.

With no doubt, people gain more exposure by going to new places. When I was young, I did not have enough money or the liberty to go wherever I want.
Yet people nowadays are more lucky. They can see what other places are like by using the internet and with the help of google map. We can enjoy 'virtual' tour.

The google map is particularly useful for me to locate the places that I want to go and get a sense of the surroundings well beforehand, e.g. how to get to the station and where the convenience shop is.

My friend said that I am a googl'er'. Yes, I love search engine. I love google and I am a fan of google map.

Some people may worry about google map related privacy issue but it is always in our hands how to make good use of it, no matter what 'it' refers to.
