I am sure that it is a strong typhoon. I felt the strong wind when I walked in the streets near IFC (the harbourside area)

Vow, same here. see my blog. Also, its howling outside and really scary. This is a real No.8, no mistake this time. But somehow I hope it will go away quickly so I dont have to postpone tomorrows lunch !!
