金華火腿芽菜冬菇銀針粉



我時時覺得銀針粉很懷舊,仲令我想起元朗狗仔粉.

Sorry I cannot see the ham in this photo very well, nevertheless it is a very unusual combination, very, FUSION. The word FUSION cuisine usually denotes modernity and trendiness, but what I have discovered since my experience with Nobu in New York, is the FUSION is just a mix-mesh of everything without any character. Also, its a way of charging huge money for cheap food but over-the-top decor.
