Sushi Hokkaido

Ah ying showed me U magazine Hokkaido bible. I saw a photo of fusion sushi (squid with cuttlefish sauce rice). I told Ying that I will 'copy' the receipe this weekend.
Done this sat but the cuttlefish sauce was very sticky....
