XO醬蜆肉通粉

本來好想整個苦瓜蜆湯,可惜放工買唔到苦瓜.蜆癮難耐,記起Jamie Oliver玩焗蜆pizza,好吸引咁樣,我就不如搞個通粉,唔使太多時間煮,蜆肉鮮甜ge水滲入通粉,連sauce都慳番.一個小時完成煮食洗.
煮食,在我而言,是Re1ax方法,也是一種創作.我鍾意睇所有飲食節目,不單可透過螢光幕經歷味覺之旅,更可了解食材和吸收創意.

It's good to know one more fan of Jamie Oliver! I like his show very much. In fact, I gradually love cooking because of him.
