This is so professionally prepared + filmed, I am impressed esp by those little strands of dried fish curls on the soba. The plate is just so sensational. You are getting better & better at it. By the way, there is this Japanese curry mixture (comes in blocks/ cubes, like maggi chicken essence) which is so easy to use and taste just like that in Ching-Shing. Must buy (from Park'n Shop)

It's very nice. When will you cook a meal for me? BTW, my kitchen will be renovated and the construction be completed by the end of Sept. Perhaps you'd then be the cook and prepare a Japanese-style meal for us! (or western-style, as I'll install an electronic oven, a big one, not a small one)

Actually your wife cooked very well as well. Still missed the pasta prepared by her last time we all met in your house

I really like that green worm like wasabe, it is very sweet. How long did it take for you to finish this ? Don't forget, don't take too long because food spoils quickly under hot weather.
