What is not a weapon?

According to the pro govt legislator,an umbrella was/is a weapon in hk movie series Wong Fei Hung (a martial arts movie hero based on a real person's story)黃飛鴻，Em....not to say it is a movie, the legislator has no idea of what umbrella was made of in those days. Umbrellas selling today can hardly counter typhoon. And in those movies, Master Wong who uses umbrella is a good guy. He helps people fighting bad guys as the system cannot protect the public. So thank you for clarifying who the villains are. Well, there are too many 'Humpty Dumpty' in this city. HK is truly a wonderland.
