When suspect=killer

Noam Chomsky pointed out the changing fact of US foreign policy that suspect being seen as killer without proper trial in Bin laden's case. Same goes for the suspected rapists in Indian. They may have committed a horrible crime but they are suspects before the law. Without proper safeguard of process, there would be no guarantee of safety for everyone. Judges may not be wise guys and they can misjudge but the system is what we trust, not people. I felt this more strongly after watching Les Miserable.and yes we are all sinners before God.
