In love with food
Fed up with Chief Executive candidates messy news, I chose to have a quiet dinner in a new restaurant - The Principal. The chef Jonay Armas did a wonderful job. Food presentation gives you a sense of tranqulity. The unique characters of ingredients have been preserved. Different cooking ways were employed to alleviate the tasting experience. Yes,degustation is the word. It is the first time I paid that much for a single meal.I have been invited to a mumber of Michellin star restaurants. Not one before made me feel so 'in love'. I was so indulged in the food I did not realize that the manager talked to me. The whole experience was extraordinary. The food served has molecular cuisine gist. But you can still taste natural flavor and feel the texture of the food in your mouth. Food presentation is novel and zen. It is a very cosy place,not snobbish, where one can really relax and wind down. I cannot help to share my little love story here. Haha!
