Agree, people in the management should understand the impact of this 'apology' to the frontline staff.
Why apologise? Who should apologise?
Apology should not be used as a means simply to get rid of troubles. The real trouble will be that 'no one really dares to do his/her works/duties properly because everyone is afriad of being complained/blamed.'
Gigi, you don't really understand the situation we're having in HK. There are so many so-called "representatives of HK citizens" to speak for these guys and seize "justice". You know what, receiving complants and dealing with these guys are now part of my duty too.
