Before Marathon...eat

Glad to bump into you yesterday - when we parted I thought (even though I don't participate in the marathon), the marathon is becoming like the june 4 vigil gathering - always bumping into people you know but haven't seen for a long time.

Happy with your time yesterday??

Kathie and I were on the way to Whampao tea buffet with CA guys when we bumped into you in the station.
yeah, similar record as last year. As I have not really practised this time, I could not ask for more.

I watched on TV on a food program:
- carbos make you work longer and better, esp before marathons
- Better to take small snacks every 1-2 hours during physical exertion, than 3 large meals. It keeps the energy going longer
- The omega 3 in fish can reduce production of stress hormones - good for hectic lifestyles
