Seafood dinner





After watching Ah So's food programs on TV, I had an urge to cook.

So on sunday, I prepared for myself and my mum a seafood dinner. Four dishes around HK$100

3x fish $17 Three sixty special price
Shrimp from wet market $20
Frozen Hiroshima oyster Three sixty $56 use half of the pack=$28 expiry date: March 2009
Italian tomato from neaby italian store $20
Yunan noodle 1 pack $5 wellcome
Chinese celery $5

1. Shrimp, so fresh, the simple the better
2. Light, milky, substantial taste : Yunan noodle in fish soup (based on Ah So's recipe)
3. Very refreshing seafood feel: Use fish soup with chinese celery to boil oysters
4. Sour and full of vitamins: Tomato fish soup
