舅母教落魚湯浸日本絹荳腐,我稍作更改,用了Bretagne魚湯.

They say the Tofu (Japanese) from Citysuper is great, try that.Also, some Japanese friend sent me a nice cook book from Tokyo, its describes how to make friend Tofu. IN Jap cooking, they all use this stock base called Bonito (or Dashi) - its made from 'Wood' fish.
