Lovely dessert@buono
Mrs. Chu and I like buono because their food is always up to standard, good quality control. In the new menu, they have many DIY dish and also this lovely dessert - snowy lemon cheesecake, fabulous!

第一次去必食「火焰雪山」和「雜果千層酥」。好食過好多大酒店。
That was the BEST cheese cake I have ever tasted. I think that chef is wasting his/her talent in Shatin, he/she should be working in some 6-star hotel as dessert chief. The cheese cake tastes like a blend of custard and jelly, but retain the cheesy flavor. Yum. Forget the calories !
